Job working in Talend Studio but not when exported

I have attached screenshots of my job. My job is using tInformixSP for calling a procedure which stores source, destination and record count information in log table in my database. Now this job runs properly on Talend but when I automate it using cron, it does not add anything in log table. Only log part of this job does not work everything else works fine. Am I missing any component ? What’s the cause of this problem?

Hi,
Did you follow up document TalendHelpCenter:How to build Jobs to build your job as a standalone job?
Can you successfully run your job script(.sh file) in cmd?

First what need to do - check Talend log files, what information in it?
