I checked use basic HTTP authentication but i am not able to find how to decode and check the credentials in Talend by using trestRequest.

If You mean checkbox in tRESTRequest - it use credentials defined for ESB runtime
by default - karat/karaf or tadmin/tadmin
for change (add new) - read about authentication in Apache Karaf
