ESB route - handle timeout exceptions

Hi all!
looking for answer - how to handle connection errors (as example - timeout).

Exceptions defined as on picture, if error inside cTalendJob - all fine, it catch exception and send notification
But when error with connection to external provider - route die by timeout and no notification happens

would be thankful for any advice
