Hi,
Using context parameter in creation of Oracle connection failed. Here is background
1. create Oracle connection (SID) use hard coded parameters such as Host, Schema, Username, Password - success
2. create context, read, load context, and use tJava to print them (context.Host, context.Schema, context.Username.....) - success
3. drop context to the job or context tab - success and show on list
4. replace any Oracle connection parameter (such as Host, or Username, or Schema....) with context.xxx parameter, failed in login to Oracle
See attached screenshot.
Please help and thanks.
Hi Xiaodo,
I found the problem - the Id I used was wrong. After switch to new Id, the context parameters passed to Oracle worked fine.
Thanks.
