How to trigger subjob once file got created into folder

I want to create one job with two phases

Phase 1: I read two input excel files and produce two output excel files. for example OutputFile_1 & OutputFile_2

Phase 2: some other technology uses OutputFile_2, fill the missing data and put it back to folder. Now in Job i need to watch the folder once it gets the OutputFile_2 then i need to read it and merge into OutputFile_1 and produce OutputFile_3.

Phase 1 I completed and in phase 2 how watch and trigger the remaining sub job is challenging for me.

Note: In one job only i want to do both phases.

Please try the component tWaitForFile. May be its usefull for you
