Bringing data in from a spreadsheet with multiple subheadings

I have an excel file with multiple sub heading in it. I'm trying to figure out the best approach. The problem is that the spreadsheet has multiple sub headings. There might be a sub heading, another subheading, 2 subheadings, 2 subheadings under each of the subheadings just mentioned, and then about 12 or 13 rows of data under each of the previous sub headings. There's a blank column separating each of the first subheading mentioned. Each of the above groupings repeats 6-8 times, Then there's a blank row and it starts over again.
