How to do Kafka Ingestion to File or HDFS using Talend

Business requirement:
1: Read Data from Kafka
2: ETL data in Talend
3: Storing it to HDFS/Hive.

I have tried first to write from kafka to tlogrow, tfileoutput etc.

Job gets started but it's always in running phase. What's the Solution for it?

Note:I am able to create topic in kafka using talend.
