increase rows per second on job execution Talend-DI

Hi,
My talend job is Salesforce to MySQL Integration previous i ran the job then it's executing with 250 rows perconds.
Today while executed then it's running on 2 rows per second.What should i do. I am helpless
Like records from salesforce to mysql is 2 rows per second --- present
And yesterday it was executing with 250 rows per second then its very fastly.
How it comes i don't know suddenly it running with 2 rows.
kindly, give solution for my problem.

This could be caused by numerous issues. We need more information. A screenshot of your job would help and anything else you think is useful.

Ok but can you please tell me how to increase transfer rate in row speed.

You are not providing enough information for anyone to help you with this.
250 rows per second, from Salesforce to MySQL is not fast.
What is happening in between the two connections? A screenshot of your Job is a start.

May be becaz of internet getting slow, but issue fixed guys.
And one more problem is when i fetching the records from salesforce to mysql date and time variation is Database:
Example:
Salesforce have Australian records
Job was running in Indian
In salesforce record have
LastModifiedDate = 22/12/2015 3:13 PM
In database record have
LastModifiedDate = 2015-12-22T04:13:54.000Z

I'm not able to find the problem, i just map the records.
i need to use any expression for this issue?
