Getting value from a particular cell in Excel

Hi, all.
This is my first posting.
I have a formatted excel file with multiple worksheets. I want to read from the first worksheets 3 values, company name, year and month. They are in cell B3, B4 and B5. How can I read a particular cell within excel using Talend? There are many rows and columns within this worksheet but I only need the information from those 3 cells.

I also want to do this, but the screenshots on the demo seem to be 'older' than the current implementation without an intuitive way to follow to the conclusion...
