Software Update archiva 503 error

I configured software update artifact repository on a 5.4.1 DI server using archiva. All configuration is green in TAC. Archiva log has:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to transfer file: http://update.talend.com:8180/archiva/repository/all/.indexer/nexus-maven-repository-index.properties. Return code is: 503, ReasonPhrase ervice Unavailable.
And when I point my browser at http://update.talend.com:8180/archiva/repository/all I get a http 503 error.
This has been true for two days.
Is this working for you? Is there a different url I should be using?
