Talend - Execute Job from Oracle server

Hi,

We are doing data masking on sensitive information for a system which contains around 120 tables where the table might range between 1,000,00 to 100,000,000 records. Since this is Oracle database, analysing to run the Talend job external from Oracle server, considering the resources and network throuput.

I am analysing to see which would be better approach - running in TAC or external from Talend(in Oracle server).
As I couldn't find the details in google to run external, could you share your knowledge in this regards.

Oracle is optimised to work on his data.
If there is no need of external data use oracle.
if you are working on security masking sensitive data do not send this data throw the network….
