&lt;BR /&gt;I do not think there is YES or NO answer to your question.
&lt;BR /&gt;I think it depends on the logic you would like to implement, you can use components provided by Talend. During migration it would not matter as its not really PL/SQL code anymore once you use Talend.</description>
