Get data from url (php web-application)

Hi, everyone..
Is it possible to read sets of data (eg. tables) from url of php web-application using TOS?
If it's possible, which component should i use? tWebServiceInput?
Anyone here can give me some ideas on how to read data from url of php web-application?
url example - http://localhost:8080/sys/reports/report_assessment.php?cmItem=ABC2132&ID=XYZ060036&cmSession=2008/2009'
the url produce a webpage that contains a table.. i want to import all the data from the table into a database..

Any ideas?

I was configured tHTTPTableInput in Talend open studio 5.0, Its working fine,
I want to more details about tHTTPTableInput through example or any tutorial
