I'm executing a job in Talend Cloud

Talend version 7.3.1

I'm getting this error

Step failed with code -1 and error Job stopped with errors or unable to run. Exception in component tFTPGet_2 (COPY_JSON_FILES)

.ftp.FTPConnectionClosedException: Connection closed without indication.

The problem is coming from the FTP distant server or my job?

To narrow down this issue from the FTP distant server or your job, please let us know are you able to run your job successfully within talend V 7.3.1 studio? What does your job look like? Did you use tftpclose component in your workflow?
