How to avoid upserts and load multiple files into DB at only one time?

Hello Talendians,
I hope you are doing well.
I have a talend job where i have different use case file and loading to a staging table.
Each time i am loading one field one load. I need to load all of them in just one attempt instead of doing an upsert.
How do i achieve this? Do i need to use any specific component?
 
If someone can show me how i need to redesign this, i would really appreciate it. Thanks

Unfortunately your query is bit vague. Could you please explain your scenario with 5 sample input records and expected output record which you need to load?
