How to Get and put the files from Windows shared directory

Hi,

I am looking for TALEND component which get & put the files from Windows shared directory

This shared directory on SAP server. I have host,user id, password and directory locations.

But I don't know which tcompnent need to use for that. Please advice.

@Rahul Jadhav , You can try to use the tFTPConnetction ,tFTPPut and tFTPGet ,these are the components to connect FTP and place the file from local directory and get the file to local directory. you need to check the with tFTPConnetction component is able to connect to that shared directory on SPA server.

I need to access share drive without PORT number. tFTPConnetction ,tFTPPut and tFTPGet required port number along with other details host,userid/pass. So I could not us this tftp component. Please suggest.

Hi,

You can use tFtp :

The url will be your shared drive link

The user and pass can be yours if you have access to it

and the port number will be by default

Also for you knowlege this will not work in TAC, only for Talend studio
