How to handle inconsistent header for constant target schema in Talend?

Hi Team,

Please solve the following,

My Target schema having columns like,

Ename (varchar),
Enumber (Integer),
Salary  (Float)

Scenario 1:
The input file header is,

Ename,Enumber,Salary

Scenario 2:
The input file header is,

Enumber,Ename,Salary

Scenario 3:
The input file header is,

Salary,Enumber,Ename

If we observe in the above three scenarios,the columns are same but the order of the columns is different.

How can we load the data of input file (i.e The order of the columns in header is inconsistent) to target schema?
