Export-Import from 6.3 to 7.1 error

Hi All,

when i export the jobs from 6.3 and try to import the same in 7.1, i dont see the jobs at all...it just showing only the routines and some other files ..its not showing the code...i tried changing the workspace, and also I am able to export a sample job created in 7.1 and tried importing it there and i am able to import the jobs...but issues with 6.3 to 7.1 can you please help.

1) when i select archive file..it will just process and then will load only some routines and stuff not the actual jobs...but i can see the jars and all present in the zip

2) when i select root directory..same issue like 1

you can try with changing talend.project file in Zip folder

@jilani syed Can you please elaborate what exactly needs tobe done, should i have to change the talend.project for each job as of 7.1?

HI Param,

normally Migration should work from lower version to Higher version with out issues

just try for one job to change talend.project file.

Process: copy the Talend.project file fro 7.1 workspace and replace in 6.1 Exported Zip file.

I changed...still not working...not sure what else needs to be modified...

I replaced talend project file for one job and tried impprting but still it is not able to identify the job
