Can we make Join optional in tMap?

I have a requirement where I want to make join optional. For example, main.C1 join lookup.C1 and if that join fails then further join main.C1 join lookup.C2. Is this possible in tMap? If yes, how to Achieve this?

@Janki Bhatt , it is impossible do it! Filter the data and use them to do another join.

Ok Thanks @Shicong Hong. Is it possible to join two or more columns from Main table to single column of lookup table? Example, main.C1, main.C2 join lookup.C3 . If yes, then what would be the expression? I tried keyword AND and && but didnt work.
