[resolved] Unable to extract emails from mail boxes other than INBOX

Hi,
I am using tPOP component to extract emails from my gmail server using IMAP/POP3 protocols and I do get successful response.
However, when using IMAP protocol I am not able to extract emails in other mail boxes like "Sent Mail/Trash/etc."
Also, I have referred to the forum discussion at http://www.talendforge.org/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=112661#p112661
I did try as mentioned in this discussion, still I am not successful.
Attached is the screenshot of tPOP settings.
Please let me know if I am missing anything.

Just wanted to update that I am using TOS 5.3.1.r104014 for this requirement.

I have tried it for my self and I was able to get my emails from "INBOX" as well as from "Sent". The maibox names are case sensitive and I had to get the Account Informations from my email program (Apple Mail) to get the exact names from the mail boxes. Your used name is for sure wrong.
I have tried it with TOS 5.4.1

Hi Jlolling,
I just tried using the mail box option as "Sent" and got the error:
Exception in component tPOP_3
javax.mail.FolderNotFoundException: Sent not found
at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPFolder.checkExists(IMAPFolder.java:381)
at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPFolder.open(IMAPFolder.java:932)
Appreciate, if you could put up some screenshots showing mail box other than Inbox.

Thanks for those screenshots, it resolved my issue.
I think it has to do with my Host protocol used in the component, which was unable to detect the mail box folder other than Inbox.

Hi Sabrina,

I am trying to use the tPop for accessing Outlook mail using imap protocol.

I am able to retrieve emails from my mailbox.

What changes i should make in order to access my team shared mail box account using my own outlook credentials. Like below, which I added

https://outlook.office.com/mail/sharedXX@mail.co.uk/inbox
