Talend and Big Query Java API versioning

Wondering if anyone knows how talend uses the Big Qeuery HTTP Apis? Specifically the version. We ran into an issue with Google Big Query and the quesstion of api version usage cameup. When we look at the logging in Big Query it is showing us that Talend is using this version of the API:

gcloud-java/1.126.3 Google-API-Java-Client/1.31.1 Google-HTTP-Java-Client/1.38.0 (gzip),gzip(gfe)

However, google is currently on version 1.44.2: Java client library | Google Cloud

I thought this would be kept updated in talend studio releases but we are on 8.0 2023 v12v2 and it is still using the older version.

Any insights would be appreciated!

I checked the version Studio (R2024-06) and confirmed that it doesn't use the newest google cloud API version 1.44.2.

If you ran into an issue with old google cloud API, I suggest you to open an issue to the R&D team for investigation and evaluation.
