split column data into two outputs

I have data example, A.AB.5V011.Helper, Doctor. I want to extract/split two output columns, such as

code: 5V011

name: Helper, Doctor. Make this dynamic so that the logic works with similar files. Please make this a solution for variables in Talend 8 tMap.

Can you show more rows of data example? Are there any rules we can follow to split the data? If yes, we can implement it through Java code.
