Data load from DB2 to CSV

I am running a talend job to load data from DB2 to CSV

Here , I have two tables ., in 30 mins of time one table able to complete its extraction, data size abt 1.6 gb where as the other is still running and it loaded only 10mb of data to CSV.

No network difference and used the same job for the load.. and not used any special transformations . It's a direct dump..

Help me if possible

maybe try to set the fetch size and increase java xmx
