Different issues while trying to migrate our project from Talend Open Studio for ESB 6.2.1 to Talend Open Studio for ESB 7.3.1

Hi,

we are facing different issues while trying to migrate our project from Talend Open Studio for ESB 6.2.1 to Talend Open Studio for ESB 7.3.1:

- We can’t find the download for Talend Open Studio for ESB on the official site. We found it only on

SourceForge.net

, where however some files are flagged as potential malware (e.g. download for Talend Open Studio for ESB 7.0.1/7.1.1).

- With Talend Open Studio for ESB 7.2 we are not able to perform build of any route when a cTalendJob containing a tRunJob is called from the mediaton route(the .kar file is not created).

- With Talend Open Studio for ESB 7.3 simple deployments fail because some classes that should be loaded automatically are not found (e.g. java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.talend.camel.TalendEndpoint cannot be found).

Can you help us with these problems?

Hello,

We need more information to address your issue. What's JDK and OS version are you using?

All your talend Open Studio for ESB solutions are installed completely? Are you able to create a new job or route and run it in talend Open Studio for ESB v 7.2 and 7.3 successfully?

With regard to the link to the open source products disappearing from the main page, this is NOT an indication of a policy change regarding TOS for ESB or any of the other varieties of TOS. This is simply the result of an evolution of the website.
