I can not configure Snowflake table as Output. I need to create an engine but it didn't work.

Hi Rhall, I need to push data to Snowflake, I have a successful Snowflake connection. I've been told that I need another engine to insert data in Snowflake. I follow all the instructions but still can not create another engine. It's very crucial for our operation and I need to do this connection. Can we please set up a quick zoom meeting?

OK. You just need to set up a Remote Engine for Pipeline Designer. Mentioning Snowflake confused the issue here for me.

Have you downloaded the Remote Engine? Have you got Docker installed? What steps have you covered and what is not working?

I create an remote engine in Management Console
I installed Talend-RemoteEngine-V2.11.9-234-Windows
Paste Remote Engine key and enter the url and account info as I send above
Intallation finish but I can't see any remote engine on Pipeline desiginer

I don't have docker, because it's never mentioned before. Please can we set up a zoom call, it's very urgent matter. Please help.

We don't have big data tools for Engine Gen2, and Micheal Stew Senior Solutions Engineer in Talend, sending me just remote engine instructions. Which is not working either. Also they told me that I can setup a Zoom meeting through this portal. Please I need support. I already did everything on the instruction documents.

This is a different type of Remote Engine. It is best that you raise a Support call for this.

To get that (and I have checked to see that you qualify.....you do), you will need to go to the homepage and look for this button....

Click on that and it will take you to the Support area. Once in there, you can raise a case and someone will be able to assist you with this.

I paired the engine, finally. It's up and running but still I can't see it on the pipeline designer. I also created a running profile for it. Could you please advise why still I can't move my data to snowflake? Do I need a gen2 type engine?

Yes, you need a Gen 2 Remote Engine.

But in this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXvNWIqR4tM, it running the pipeline with cloud engine and deploying data to snowflake. I am very confused. It's Talend's instruction video for Salesforce to Snowflake pipeline.

I believe this video was intended for our trial period which allowed processing using the Cloud Engine as Remote Engines were not supplied with the trial. Its intention was to show the functionality and not the configuration requirements. However, I have raised this to be looked at.
