Job Conductor Network Path Connection

I have a job which reads from a network path like NW path and runs perfectly fine when I run the job via Studio

I have used the tfilelist stage to read the data from the folder

But I try to run the same job via Normal or Artifact task via the job conductor ,the jobs is not able to find the nw path.

The filelist stage does not find any file. Am I missing something? Will I have to use Ftpfile stage ? Why it is not running via TAC

hi,

TAC execute jobs from the different user name, so first what you need to check - what is this user name and does this user have permissions for network drives

on a TAC server check user name for TAC and Job services

but better to ask your admins, because you need to know credentials and permissions for this user
