Configure Artifactory Reposrity in Talend Studio

I've got an Artifactory repository in the cloud and I'm trying to connect talend studio to(Talend Cloud Data Management version) I've manually entered the settings in Preferences -> Talend -> Artifacts -> Artifact Repository but when I got to publish a job it seems to be malforming the url. It's putting the Repository at the end of the url twice and it's obviously not working. So the url looks like <url>/talend-snapshots/talend-snapshots/

Any idea why it's doing that?

I'm working with Talend Cloud Data Management Platform 7.1, specifically wondering what to put in for settings in the attached.

I'm trying to connect to a cloud Artifactory repository but it seems to be mangling the url and adding on a second sub path to the end as described originally. Only using Artifactory because they provide a free cloud trial, I was able to get it to connect to a local nexus repository.
