TIS Jobserver JVM problem

Hello,
I'm new to TIS (actually just testing) and (among many others 🙂 I ran into the following problem:
Whenever trying to start a job on the jobserver hosted on from my (pc) client (where the job runs flawlessly) and also when starting it from
The Administration/Job Conductor I get the following error:

Could not create the Java virtual machine.

I can see the message below:
"Could not create the Java virtual machine."
It seems the Job can't be started by the JobServer, maybe the following link will help you to resolve this problem http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=677639 .
