Error when trying to publish a job

Hi All,

I'm getting an error when trying to publish a job in the TAC. Everything goes normally as far as selecting the project and branch all the way up until I hit the save button. When I do that, the job never shows up in the list of jobs in the publisher. However if I try to publish the task again, it says I cannot, as it already exists. When I go to search for where the job should be in the publisher (e.g. going to page 6 when displaying 20 jobs per page), no jobs will show up. It's happening for our entire team, so it isn't isolated to just one machine.

This is the error I keep seeing in the client log -

"Error at grid loading: (TypeError) : Cannot read property 'b' of null: Unknown.QCg(https://devServer01:8443/org.talend.administrator/administrator/510484E2E4F862B5444FF673078040B5.cache.html@436)"

Has anybody run into this before?
