log4j configuration

hi,
We are running jobs in TAC, when i give below configuration in jvm parameters of TAC job, am not getting log4j warnings,
-Dlog4j.configuration=file:/data01/logs/talend/log4j.properties
-Dlog4j.debug=false

There are some 100 jobs in TAC, so how to configure the above in linux server, i.e how to point all the jobs to this log4j.xml/properties file. Note : Already i have log4j.xml in jobserver and webapps classes path but still its not taking.
