Globalmap with custom components

Hello,

I am developing a custom component for Talend 7.1.1 with the Talend Component Kit 1.1.1. I would like this component to write some entries in the globalMap, kinda like what happens already with Talend standard components which provide some "After" globalMap keys. Is it possibile to do this?

I am attaching an image which might clarify what I'm talking about.

Here is a link to build a component from zero maybe you can see similiraties and manage to do what you want :

In the link, you'll see there is a .xml file and

there is a xml field called RETURN that represents the global variable as you defined them in your query.

Maybe when you create a component with the kit, you have this same file and you can edit this field.

I haven't tried, so i'm interested in knowing if it's working.
