topic Cannot load custom component unless running Talend as windows administrator in Talend Studio

Talend Open Studio 7.2 will not recognize custom component directory unless Talend is running in Administrator mode, which I don't want to do. I can place the custom component into the directory <Talend Studio installation dir>\plugins\org.talend.designer.components.localprovider_x.x.x.rxxxxx\components\ with standard components and Talend loads it fine. Or I can run Talend as Windows Administrator, assign the customer directory and again the component loads fine.

Talend does not give any errors when trying to read the custom directory from a standard user account. The parts just don't load.

The customer directory is right off the root directory of one of my drives. I assume there may be a security setting I need to adjust in Talend. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
