connection to Salesforce

hey,

i try to connect to salesforce and get this error:

and if i try to test connection in tSalesforceConnection component i get this error:

tSalesforceConnection_1 IOException: com.sforce.ws.ConnectionException: Connection was not created, invalid credentials or user locked out.

i checked the password and token is valid. also the client ID is valid.

i can make basic connection at all, please your advice.

Hello,

The error "IOException: com.sforce.ws.ConnectionException: Connection was not created, invalid credentials or user locked out." usually indicates that the credentials you are using are incorrect. Please verify with your Salesforce admin that the credentials are correct, and confirm that you can access Salesforce outside of Talend with the same credentials.

In the past, this issue was caused by an invalid authentication token, which required a reset.
