Tracking Changes during Flat File Transformation, i.e. implementing SCD for Flat Files

Dear All,

For one of my flat file transformation requirement, I need to capture changes that is being happened in flat file. This is something similar to implementing slowly changing dimensions in a database.

I could see SCD components for databases(tmysqlSCD, tmssqlSCD), but i am not able to find talend components to capture SCD for flat file. Could you please let me know, how this could be achieved.

There isn't a component for this, but it will be possible. Can you send an example of the data that is changing and an example of how you want it represented in the file? Is the data being tracked from a flat file source/target or is it from/to a DB?
