Hi,

I am having few doubts.

Can someone help me out.

1. Let's say Master job with 5 child jobs. How many JVM's will be created. Will JVM be created for every child job or only single for Master job.

2. Can we schedule master job and child jobs run on different time.

3. If any child job fails, will it effect other child jobs. Can we rerun the failed child job automatically after some time.

Thanks in advance,

Meghana.

Yes, I understood your point. It depends on our configuration whether to run process independently or altogether. I just wanted to know, if we publish an master job to cloud, then we can schedule only master job. Right?

Or we can schedule child also?

when you build you get all jobs you need (locking versions).
when you publish (on TAC I thing it's the same on cloud) you have only one access point so you cannot run only one subjob.

I wish you could post such blogs on an almost daily basis. But such good blogs obviously take some time to be written. I will keep on visiting your blog on a daily basis.
