Getting OutOfMemory error while loading an excel file of 18 MB size.

Getting the above error

Job Design is tFileInputExcel->tMap->tDBOutput

Any resolutions?

Did you try increasing the memory size ?

Run window --> Advanced settings --> Enable (Use specific JVM arguments ) and give 1 GB as minimum . and 5 GB as maximum and run the job again.

I increased to 10 GB and it worked.
