Formatting Excel file using talend

Hi,

I need to create a report using talend. So far I was able to create a simple excel file but it has just data printed. I mean, it doesn't have any formatting to the columns or tables.

I need to have borders to the columns or background color to the titles kind of formatting.

Is there any way to do this in talend?

It's not possible with the built-in excel components but you can find some in talend exchange that do what you want.

At the moment, I don't know how to do what you want. I never really used them.

But if we refer to the documentation of the component :

In scenario 4, it seems that you have to create a sample file with what your file should look like

and import it as a template.
