Exception in component tFTPGet - Error 3: Permission denied.

I am able to SFTP the files but fail with 'Permission denied." at trying to get the receipts.

Hi,

The issue says that you do not have permission to read file from the source side of FTP location. Could you please check with admin whether you have the right read privileges? You can check the permission issue from tools like Filezilla also and if you are getting same error, its a data read permission error for the user.

I will check and update. Thank you.

Though currently I am testing a change in UAT.

Production had the same issue a year back. then eventually we started getting the Receipt files with a day lag.

Tomorrow I should be able to see if it picks up today's receipt.

But in tFTPGet is there any settings that could cause this error?

I do see a warning at FTP connection that says,

Module jsch-0.1.53.Jar is required for using this component.

Ok. It seems you have not added all the required jars for the component.

Could you please add these jars and then it should be better. Still you need to check the permission issues.
