Hello
I have following file delimited format. But cannot figure out how to solve the problem. Please let me know how I can figure it out. Looks like it is special character set delimited. I need to load in mssql server database.

Hopefully, you simply need to specify the character þ as the field separator in tFileInputDelimited. You'll also want to check the character encoding on the advanced tab to make sire it is correct for your file.

It didn't solve. What is the Unicode for Talend ?
Unicode Character 'LATIN SMALL LETTER THORN' (U+00FE). It is concordance dat file.
