How to export Job .bat files ?

Hi,
I'm having trouble exporting batch files from a Job.
When using v5.3.2, I would export the job as a zip file, extract all files, and receive executable jar files, and a batch file. (I would then use this batch file in the Windows Task Scheduler to schedule automated runs of the job each night).
However, I've recently upgraded to 5.6 Big Data. Now, when I export the job as a zip file, and extract, I do not receive executable jar files or batch files. Now, I receive .item, .properties, and .screenshot files - none of which I can use to automate the job using Task Scheduler.
Did something change between versions 5.3.2 and 5.6 that prevents the export of .bat files?
Ultimately, I'm looking for a way to update the Windows Task Scheduler to run my job (continuously updated job) every night.
Manually from DC,
Kris
