Unable to Load data from PC to hdfs

Hi,

I'm new to this technology.

I'm loading file from PC to hdfs. Successfully connect to hdfs. when transfer file from pc to hdfs. File is transfer . but Inside data is not showing. And also i'm getting error.

Could you help this problem.

It appears winutils.exe is missing from your PC. That allows you to communicate from local file system with HDFS

Hi Nisha,

I'm using hortonworks sanbox in virtual box and it's showing only warning.

This error also showing java .n10.channels.unresolvedAddressexception

If you are planning to copy files from host machine to sandbox... you'll need to install winutils.exe on host machine.
