Dhanraj,
If you don't want to physically copy or move you can also change the workspace roles under the Admin menu and give access to the other user to your Personal workspace.

Hello,
You should be able to share your Flow with other users by saving it as a new Flow, to the "Shared" workspace.
All users within the same account are able to access the "Shared" workspace by default.
To save your Flow to the "Shared" workspace:
1. Click "Flows".
2. Open the Flow you want to share.
3. Click "Copy/Move".
4. Select "Save as new flow".
5. Select the Shared workspace.
6. Enter a name for the shared copy of the Flow.
7. Click "Save".
Regards,
François

what would be even more useful is to be able to have a flow owned by an Office 365 Group/Azure AD Group. Therefore members of that group can access the flow.
This is because employees leave organisations and the flow should be able to continue to work even after the original author of the flow has left the organisation.
Also it has been suggested in the Ignite Conference that Flow should replace SharePoint Designer workflows. SharePoint Designer is managed at the team/site level by the site's administrators instead of just the person who created the flow.
