Issue while calling .bat files using TSystem component

Hi,

I am calling .bat files(which are build talend jobs) using TSystem component.

During this process sometimes the job is being called but data is not being loaded in the tables which are used in that job.

Suppose there is a job which will run for 10 mins usually, but sometimes job completes in a sec.

Can anyone help me how to avoid this issue.
