How to Create ORC File format in Talend using External Table, and load data to it, Can explain me the components and process.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe there is a component for this yet (take a look in the Exchange though). However, Talend is just a tool that produces Java. So YOU can create this following simple Java tutorials. Once such tutorial I found is here: https://codecheese.wordpress.com/2016/04/20/writing-an-orc-file-using-java/

You should be able to almost copy and past the code here into a routine and use that routine. Attempting this will also provide you with a great learning opportunity 🙂
