"Die on error" missing in tPostgresqlInput

There is no any checkbox "Die on error" on tPostgresqlInput component.

How to catch, then, errors like the one which happens when you are selecting from a table without having specific grants (selection manually by a client I get "ERROR: permission denied for relation identificationhistory - SQL state: 42501")?
