Talend stopped working, many errors (org.dom4j, org.jaxen, encoding)

Hello Talend Community!
I am a fan of Talend. I have been using it for quite some time. However, this week, for no clear reason, it stopped working. By stopped working I mean that all of my jobs are returning a bunch of errors, my xml file input cannot preview and so on. I'm far from an expert in Java while I suspect it might be the problem...
Since this week, everthing was fine. Here is a screenshot and error when I try to launch one of my jobs.

I have Talend 200150908_1633-V6.1.0.1 (C:\TOSDI\TOS_DI-Win32-20150908_1633-V6.0.1)
I have JDK 1.8.0_65 (C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_65)

I'm trying to upload images but wont work. Here is the message when I try to edit the xml schema:
"Preview error. Some settings must be changed.
Note: Preview errors are generally due to a wrong encoding setting"

Are you using 32 bit OS and 32 bit JDK version? Did you correctly follow up installation guide to set your java environment?
