[resolved] Skip the first a few rows in Excel

Hi everyone,
I am having the excel file which I have to use in my Talend project.
However, I am having some king of headers row from begging of my excel document which I do not need. (see below eg)
column1 column2 column3 .........column10
text
text
text
text text text text .......text

Is any way how I can skip the first a few rows in this case when I am creating Metadata for File Excel .

Hi dwalia,
To skip first few rows in excel just mention the number in Header field.
For example if you want to skip first 15 rows just include 15 in Header field of tFileInputExcel basic settings.
