How to get Global Options Sets values from CRM?

We are connecting to the CRM via Talend using tMicrosoftCrmInput. The object data which we are trying extract contains one global option set field which is only returning numeric values instead of an actual values.

Meaning global option set field is called SVType.

It gives back 12345,etc....

We need actual value for 12345 which is "One Time Service".

Does anyone know how we can achieve this using Talend?

It seems to be a new feature. What's CRM Version are you trying to connect? What's talend build version are you using?
