What exactly is the problem here? Is this a reinstall or a first install? Did you get a professional services contract? If you can give me more details, I will be able to help a bit more. You can private message me if you like

Hi Prabuj,

I was travelling last week and saw your message just now. If you are doing the installation for first time, I would recommend to follow the easy installation path using Talend installer.

But if you are stuck with serious roadblocks and you normally perform development activities and not operational role, I would recommend get the help of Talend Professional Services. They do these type of installations everyday for various clients.
