[resolved] TAC not accessible was working yesterday

Hi all,
Please our TAC 6.0.1 is not accessible this morning. It was working last days.
The TAC home page request admin password. We input it
Driver, URL, Connection are OK
Version indicates 500 The call failed on the server; see server log for details
Tomcat is working correctly 8080 port.
The log indicates several
Caused by: org.talend.administrator.common.exception.SystemException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.eclipse.emf.teneo.hibernate.HbHelper

Any idea are welcome

Hi,
Do you have more informtion in log file? Could you please post your screenshot of DBConfig page? Are your TAC and studio on the same server?

Attached the screenshot and the log, Error occured with a MS SQL Server datbase and My Sql.

Hi,
Have you tried to use an empty DB(not using the old DB) to see if this issue repro?

We tried with a empty MYSQL, H2, redeployed the .war, but error still occurred.
I am currently with Support via WebEx.
When solved I will provide news.

we solved our issue by reinstalling JVA JDK 1.8.
Yes that's curious.
